Job Description

The below is a list of requirements of what we are looking for in a Call Center Manager:
1. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
2. Ability to Multi-task
3. Ability to maintain a Positive work environment while enforcing company policies.
4. Ability to meet project deadlines as outlined by company management
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced Call Center environment.
6. Clean Criminal History.
7. Ability to work at least 40 hours and extra hours as projects require.

The below is not required, but is a plus to any applicant:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business Management
2. Previous Call Center management experience.

Salary dependent on experience.
