Job Description

Food & Beverage Manager:
•Oversee restaurant, bar, fast food and kitchen organization and operation
•Scheduling and training of employees
•Ensure recipe consistency in quality and taste
•Prepare cost control report
•Maintain proper inventory system
•Assist with purchasing

Executive Chef:
•Assist in the supervision, organization and operation of the kitchen and fast food
area
•Assist in the training of cooks
•Assist in upgrading menus, creating new dishes and presentation
•Ensure that there is consistency, high quality and minimize food costs
•Conduct inventories of food supplies and prepare orders
•Ensure that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the
kitchen and fast food areas at all times
•Ensure that all kitchen and fast food employees are adhering to all company and
kitchen policies.
