Reputable tour company looking for an Administrative Assistant to work at our Belize City branch.

Qualifications and Requirements:
-Minimum of an Associate Degree
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Must possess excellent time management skills
-Prior experience in similar role would be an asset
-Computer literate (Able to operate Microsoft Suite Programmes)

Responsibilities:
-Answer calls and emails professionally
-Schedule appointments
-Perform basic data entry
-Receive and sort invoices
-Assist in stocking office supplies
-Perform other duties assigned
