My name is Arnaud Brouwer (Naud).

Working in the hospitality industry over the last 10 to 15 years, I have developed a passion for providing top-quality customer service, and contributing to a memorable experience.

While working with, training and leading, I have always endeavored to pass on these values to other staff members. In the different positions I held I have always been involved in managing teams, and keeping track of stock both incoming and outgoing, handling cash and keys, and implementing company policy.

Being a “hands on guy” I am always focused working to execute and maintain the daily routines keeping the place up to standards and prepare for the near and longer future. Being a manager or part of a management team I have always been involved in administrative tasks as well and therefor I have a good knowledge of most windows programs such as word, excel and publisher. I am a quick and bright learner when it comes to working with any programs that might be new to me.

My experience both in management and supervision as well as my experience in logistics of receiving, storing and distributing supplies and equipment makes me an ideal candidate for the job. My experience in customer service will ensure my proper representation of your company both internal and external.
No matter what the job is, it is never done alone; and there is always something else coming up that needs to be done. I do consider myself to be an all-around team player. And I am willing to put in all of my time and effort. Although currently living in Santa Elena I am willing to travel or move to wherever the job takes me.


I was born and raised in The Netherlands and did all of my eduction there as well.
After my primary school and my high school I attended university and I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Social Studies.
After graduation I did a private course to get my mandatory papers (for the Netherlands) to open and or manage a hospitality industry business.


1973 Born in Breda, the Netherlands.
1987 had my first job delivering news papers.
1988 Started working at a supermarket restocking in the evenings and weekends, after a few months I was working in the stockroom managing the incoming and outgoing goods and the restocking by the other workers as well as managing “the cold section” of the supermarket.
1992 Finished high school. Continued to University.
1993 Started working part time as a group councilor at “de Zonnehuizen”.
1993 Started as a volunteer at “pop podium PARA”. (I did anything needed to be done cooking, stage management, bar tending, manager for the evening, light technician and dj)
1995 Spent half a year working and studying and living in Bombay (Mumbai) India.
1996 Graduated University. Started full time working as a group councilor.
1996 Did a private course and got my license to manage and/or own a hospitality business in the Netherlands.
1998 Stopped working at “de Zonnehuizen” and started working at “Cafeetheater De Boulevard”.
2002 Stopped working at “cafeetheater De Boulevard” and started working at “Mezz concert and dance” as the evening manager. (Concert venue for 500 people including 3 bars run by a mix of about 20 paid workers and volunteers a night)
2004 Stopped working at “Mezz” Moved to Belize.
2004-2007 Living and learning in San Miguel.
2007- 2008 Worked at “Cotton tree lodge” as the food and beverage manager.
2008-2010 Farmed and built “Back-a-bush guest house and farm”. (San Miguel Toledo)
2010-2013 Owner and manager of “Back-a-bush guest house and farm”.
2013 Started working at “Barton Creek outpost”. (one year contract)
2014 Moved back to PG worked for MOHO chocolate, as an auditor. temporarily.
October 2014-April 2015 Evening manager at a restaurant in San Ignacio.
July 2015 – this moment working at the front desk of a hotel and tour operator at Caye Caulker.
